If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to engage in good faith with any PAGCOR-mediated resolution process before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
