9 Data Retention Periods

qqamaxwin retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with Philippine legal retention requirements:

• KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure, as required by AMLC and PAGCOR regulations.

11 Children's Privacy

qqamaxwin's services are strictly for adults aged 21 years and older, as required by Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If qqamaxwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted from our systems, with the exception of records required to be retained under AMLC anti-money laundering obligations.

12 International Data Transfers

qqamaxwin's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. 13 Changes to this Privacy Policy

qqamaxwin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email to their registered address and post a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before changes take effect.
